Booking
Booking is required and can be made:
- online - free of charge;
- by telephone to Stena Line and at the ferry terminal - booking fee: 40 zł;
- at travel agents' - free of charge. The Carrier is not responsible for bookings made via unauthorized travel agents.
Vehicles: please book as far in advance as you can to ensure you get the best fares available. Prices can be altered and are confirmed at the time of booking. Notice: should one booking include two different fares, e.g. Economy and Flexi, the rules of the more rigorous fare apply (Economy in this case).
Foot passengers, motorbikes, Group travel: fixed prices for one-way travel. Certain sailings are subject to a surcharge.
Once your booking is confirmed please make certain all the details are correct. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have written authority from a parent or guardian to travel unaccompanied. Infants under 3 travel free of charge.
Stena Line Scandinavia AB reserves the right to alter prices without notice in case of fluctuations of currency exchange rates (PLN to EUR or SEK). The offered prices are applicable for bookings made in Poland or on www.stenaline.pl . In other countries local fares apply.
Payment
Payment can be made: by credit card when booking online or by telephone to Stena Line, in cash at the ferry terminal or at travel agents', or by bank transfer (not applicable to Economy fare)
Notice: If payment is made by bank transfer, the reservation is considered paid for once the payment is recorded on the Carrier's bank account. If payment is not made by the due date, your booking will be cancelled automatically.
Economy fare: full payment is due at the time of booking. If payment is not made, your booking will be cancelled automatically.
Flexi and Premium fares, foot passengers, motorbikes and bicycles: full payment is due at the time specified on your booking confirmation or by the Stena Line consultant.

Please add: Payment for ferry ticket and state the booking reference number on the bank transfer.
Check-in
Foot passengers must collect their boarding cards at the check-in desk at the terminal no later than 30 minutes before departure.
Car passengers must check in at the car entrance gate outside the terminal no later than one hour before departure. Passengers who made the payment are requested to collect their boarding cards at the car entrance gate.
Failure to have checked in by the specified time may result in booking cancellation and deleting from the passengers' list. No refund will be made.
Notice: It is passenger's responsibility to check passport and immigration requirements. The Carrier takes no responsibility if the passenger is denied entry to the country of destination. More information on www.msz.gov.pl
Vehicles
The length and height of vehicles is measured together with luggage and other protruding elements (bicycles on top of the vehicle included). Vehicles in excess of 3,5 tons in weight and 12m in length (vehicles with a trailer included) are subject to freight rates. Passengers are required to notify us at the check-in of gas fitting or a gas bottle in a vehicle.
Pets
Carriage of pets is allowed on Stena Baltica and Finnarrow ferry. Passengers willing to travel with a pet have the choice of either:
booking a special cabin (up to three pets in one cabin - Notice: the number of special cabins is limited) or
booking one of the kennels on the car deck (105x70cm and 90x60cm)
Access to your pet during the crossing is possible only at the presence of the ship's crew. Please contact the reception to ask for assistance to the car deck. Before making the booking and boarding the ship the pet owner is obliged to provide all health and vaccination certificates to satisfy EU legal requirements.
The pet's owner is responsible for the consequences of pet's behaviour during the whole journey.
Notice: While on passenger decks (including the car decks) all dogs must wear muzzles and when walked on the passenger decks must be kept on leash.

Booking cancellation and refunds
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
Economy fare
Flexi fare
- Up to 14 days before travel: no fee;
- Up to one day before travel: 25% of the fare;
- On the day of departure: 100% of the fare;
Premium fare
- Up to the day of departure: no fee (booking must be cancelled at least two hours before departure)
Foot passengers, motorcycle and bicycle
- Up to 14 days before travel: no fee;
- Up to one day before travel: 25% of the fare;
- On the day of departure: 100% of the fare;
Group travel
- Up to 30 days before travel: no fee;
- Up to 14 days before travel: 15% of the fare;
- Up to one day before travel: 50% of the fare;
- On the day of departure: 100% of the fare.
